The light of the Admaari Empire burns brightly in the western reaches of Miradawn. Founded under the teachings of Admaar, the Lord of Light, the Empire endeavours to rid the world of darkness and evil. Using the sacred symbols of the sun of Admaar and the flaming sword, the Church of Admaar kindles the way for the all non-believers to enter into their faith, protecting all who come to the security of Admaar.
Boasting the strongest, best-equipped infantry forces in Miradawn, Imperial steel is coveted and the Empire’s forces are feared by their enemies due to their ferocious reputation in battle. With mandatory service in either the military or the Church, Admaari citizens are almost all trained in the arts of fighting and scripture. Their goal is resolute: spread the light of Admaar to the dark places of the world.

The Admaari Empire was founded when the Kingdom of Antenor conquered it’s neighbouring rival, the nation of Frankador. Under the rule of the first emperor, His Holiness, Pontifus Rex, Constantine I, the Empire began its existence. He established the first church of the Empire in the holy city of Pharus Caelum, which acts as the high seat of the Church of Admaar.
The emperor himself resides in the Holy Palace in the administrative capital of Clara Calor, sitting in the gorgeous Bay of Light. Under the reign of Constantine I there were many missions sent north and south and soon the nation of Galago came under the banner of the red sun. Around this time as well, the Empire expanded south and the conquered countries of Castia and Topu Foitas grew the empire to its current size.
To the south, the nation of Karthis continues to be a thorn in the side of the Empire, as well as the multi-island nation of Cazedonia. The latter consistently draws the ire of the Empire with raids in the Strait of Paragos. But the Empire continues to grow and Admaar’s light will spread with it.
